Hello Beautiful Friend!

I’m Zoë, a holistic health coach, homeschool mum, wife, horse lover, nature lover and a life long learner! Originally from the UK but now living at the foot of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginia, USA with my husband, daughter and a whole bunch of animals.

Health and Wellness have always been an interest of mine and as I have gotten older they have become a priority for me.  Since becoming a mum in 2019 to a beautiful baby girl, I have really taken a deep dive in to both health and personal growth so I can be the best version of myself AND show up fully for my daughter whilst providing her with a nourishing life in which she can flourish.

This is not an easy journey but I am committed!  I am constantly learning and growing and I am passionate about helping people on a similar path.  Connecting with, and holding space for women is one of my favorite things to do, we all need support and community to thrive so my goal is to provide both to as many women as I can.

I have a busy mind so my main goal is to keep things simple and easy.  Learning about how to improve your health can take you down a never ending number of rabbit holes and it is easy to get completely confused and overwhelmed very quickly.  I like to bring things back to the simple basics as I believe simple is best, especially when you have a busy life and your health often gets pushed to the bottom of the list.

I certified as a Health & Wellness Coach with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in 2023 and now I help amazing women find their way to feeling their best, and thriving in all areas of their lives!

MY APPROACH

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to wellness

It also means that the person who knows you best is you

I help women stop looking outside of themselves all the time for guidance and start looking inwards. So many women have lost their connection to their own inner wisdom and guidance (or at least don’t have the confidence to trust it!).  I help women learn to reconnect with their bodies, their inner wisdom and their intuition so they can know from within, the best decisions to make for themselves - for their health and in all other areas of their lives.

I have learned the importance of cyclical living for women (connecting with our own cycle, the cycle of the seasons, and the cycle of the moon). This is something I incorporate in to my coaching as it gives us an anchor and guide through our daily lives.

I have learned the importance of understanding how to support the nervous system, which is our main operating system that runs from our subconscious. If we are unaware of how to check in with, and support our nervous system, we really don’t have a lot of control over many of the decisions we make (especially if we are in a state of stress a lot of the time - which is a large percentage of the population!).

I have learned the importance of understanding how to eat to support our hormones, because when our hormones are not balanced then it drastically affects our ability to feel our best, and can lead to all kinds of other health issues.

I have learned the importance of finding a loving, supportive community of like-minded women. Women need community, especially mothers. In today’s crazy busy world it can feel impossible to find the time to make these connections, let alone time to spend time with these people! But l have experienced first-hand, how transformative it is to find your ‘tribe’.  I hope that through my group coaching programs and my membership space some of you will make new friends who feel more aligned with who you are becoming.

I want to create a place where women can come to find themselves, to transform in to the person they really desire to be, so they can live their best damn life!!!  We all deserve that!

Connection is the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgement; and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship
